Important: BankPDFs.com converts files you upload into downloadable formats (CSV/XLS/XLSX). You are responsible for confirming the results meet your needs before using them for accounting, taxes, or reporting.

1. Description of Services

BankPDFs.com provides tools that allow users to upload documents (such as bank statement PDFs) and convert them into structured formats (such as CSV, XLS, or XLSX) (“Service”).

We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Service is provided for convenience and productivity, and you remain responsible for how you use any output generated by the Service.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Conversion results may vary depending on the source document format, scan quality, bank layout changes, password protection, image quality, or other factors.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Converted output will be error-free, complete, or match your bank’s totals exactly;
  • All tables, categories, or transaction descriptions will be interpreted correctly;
  • The Service will work with every PDF, scan, or statement format;
  • The output will be accepted by third-party software, accountants, auditors, or institutions.

You should review and validate results before relying on them for any financial decision, filing, or reporting.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Upload only files you have the right to use and process;
  • Ensure your files do not violate laws or third-party rights (including privacy rights);
  • Maintain appropriate backups of your original documents (we are not your storage provider);
  • Review the converted output for accuracy before using it;
  • Keep your account credentials secure (if accounts are available).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process content you do not own or do not have permission to process;
  • Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe for vulnerabilities;
  • Abuse free tiers, bypass limits, or automate requests in a way that harms performance for other users;
  • Use the Service for unlawful activities or to violate third-party privacy.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or used unlawfully.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing (including any free usage limits, credits, subscriptions, or pay-per-use fees) is displayed on the website and/or at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed fee using available payment methods.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party processor. We do not store your full credit card number. Prices may change for future purchases and do not affect confirmed orders.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using BankPDFs.com. Unless otherwise required by law, we offer a limited 7-day refund window under the conditions below.

6.1 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase; and
  • The request relates to a paid purchase (subscription, credits, or one-time purchase) made on BankPDFs.com; and
  • We can verify the transaction and evaluate the issue (for example: service outage, billing error, or technical failure).

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Except where prohibited by law, refunds will not be issued if:

  • You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase;
  • The Service worked but you are unhappy with conversion results due to your source document quality/format limitations;
  • You used a material portion of credits/usage included in a purchase (for example, after substantial consumption);
  • You violated these Terms or misused the Service;
  • You simply changed your mind after using the Service.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Document Uploads and Privacy

When you upload documents, you authorize us to process them solely to provide the Service (conversion, delivery, troubleshooting, and support).

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep BankPDFs.com reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, network outages, or events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability or delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BankPDFs.com and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
  • Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill;
  • Errors or omissions in converted output or decisions made based on output;
  • Issues caused by third-party systems (banks, PDF generators, or external software).

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

10. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us at support@bankpdfs.com first so we can help. You agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve issues directly with us before initiating a chargeback through your bank.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where permitted, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
