Welcome to BankPDFs.com ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Important: BankPDFs.com converts uploaded files into downloadable formats such as CSV, XLS, and XLSX. You are responsible for reviewing the output before using it for accounting, tax, reconciliation, or reporting purposes.

1. Service Overview

BankPDFs.com lets you upload documents, including bank statement PDFs, and convert them into structured output files. The service is provided for convenience and productivity only.

We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for how you use the output.

2. Conversion Accuracy

Results may vary depending on document quality, scan quality, bank layout, formatting changes, password protection, and other factors.

We do not guarantee that output will:

  • be error-free, complete, or match bank totals exactly;
  • interpret all tables, descriptions, or categories correctly;
  • work with every PDF, scan, or statement format; or
  • be accepted by third-party software, accountants, auditors, or institutions.

You should validate results before relying on them.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • upload only files you have the right to use and process;
  • comply with applicable laws and third-party rights, including privacy rights;
  • keep backups of your original files;
  • review converted output before using it; and
  • keep account credentials secure, if accounts are available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • process files you do not own or lack permission to use;
  • upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service;
  • abuse free tiers, bypass limits, or automate usage in a way that harms other users; or
  • use the service for unlawful activity or privacy violations.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or used unlawfully.

5. Pricing and Payments

Pricing, credits, subscriptions, limits, and other fees are shown on the website and/or at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed amount.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party processor. We do not store your full credit card number. Prices may change for future purchases but will not affect completed purchases.

6. Refunds

Unless required by law, we offer a limited 7-day refund window.

6.1 Eligible Requests

A refund request may be considered if:

  • it is made within 7 calendar days of purchase;
  • it relates to a paid purchase made on BankPDFs.com; and
  • we can verify the transaction and review the issue.

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Except where prohibited by law, refunds will generally not be issued if:

  • the request is made more than 7 days after purchase;
  • the service worked, but the source file quality or format limited the results;
  • a material portion of purchased usage or credits has already been consumed;
  • the service was misused or these Terms were violated; or
  • you changed your mind after using the service.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

Contact support@bankpdfs.com with the subject line Refund Request – BankPDFs. Please include your name, checkout email, order or receipt ID if available, and a short description of the issue.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

7. Uploads and Privacy

When you upload documents, you authorize us to process them only as needed to provide the service, including conversion, delivery, troubleshooting, and support.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and in our systems. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep BankPDFs.com reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages or delays may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party failures, or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BankPDFs.com and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill.

We are also not liable for errors in converted output, decisions made based on output, or problems caused by third-party systems.

Our total liability for any paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@bankpdfs.com first so we can try to resolve it directly before a chargeback is initiated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where permitted, disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
